My name is Justine, a French-trained pastry chef and chocolatier with nearly 20 years of experience. I moved to Sweden after following my husband, driven by the desire to continue sharing my passion and craftsmanship.

My journey is shaped by French know-how, precision, and a deep love for flavor. Today, I create bespoke French cakes and pastries, all made to order in my kitchen in Olskroken, ensuring exceptional freshness and quality, without the constraints of a traditional storefront.

I offer a wide range of classic French pastries, including Galette des Rois, Bûches de Noël, and fully customized cakes. I also specialize in macarons and handcrafted chocolate pralines, where balance, finesse, and indulgence are at the heart of every creation.
