Galettes and Brioches des rois

The Galette des Rois is a traditional French cake for Epiphany, made of golden, crispy puff pastry, most often filled with frangipane.
Inside hides a fève, a remnant of an ancient tradition, which makes the finder the king or queen of the day.
Shared with family or friends, the galette is above all a moment of indulgence and conviviality… watch out for the fève, carefully hidden inside the galette!

Galettes des rois

The Galette des Rois is made with homemade, all-butter puff pastry, filled with a smooth frangipane made from almonds, eggs, sugar, and butter.
We offer it in 6, 8, 10, or 12 portions to suit all sharing occasions.
All our galettes contain at least one fève and one crown; for 8 portions or more, they contain two fèves and come with two crowns

Brioches des rois

The Brioche des Rois is a specialty from the south of France: a plain brioche with pearl sugar, homemade, soft and delicious, perfect for children or anyone who doesn’t like frangipane.
Originally, it contained candied fruits, but this tradition has disappeared over time.
Available in 6, 8, 10, or 12 portions, all our brioches always contain at least one fève and one crown, and from 8 portions upwards, they contain two.
